The Website describes Atollumi, a guest app and staff workspace for hospitality properties. Use of the Atollumi product itself is governed by a separate written agreement between Synthera and each property.

2. Information on the Website

We aim to keep the Website accurate, but its content is general information and not an offer. Screens, sample data and photographs are illustrative. Features and availability are confirmed in writing for each property.

3. Intellectual property

The Atollumi name, logo, text, designs and software shown on the Website belong to Synthera Systems Pvt Ltd. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting it, or sending unlawful or misleading content through its forms.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Synthera is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the Website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives, and the courts of the Maldives have jurisdiction over any dispute.
